Twitch livestreaming network Hyper RPG is once again partnering with the Helping Art Liberate Orphans (HALO) Foundation in the charity’s mission to provide housing, healing, art, and education to at-risk and homeless children. The 48-hour charity livestream will be broadcast over and is set to begin on April 7, 2017, at 11 AM PDT.

The charity stream will include celebrity guests, including Alison Haislip from Attack of the Show and Jennifer Hale, holder of the Guinness World Record for the most prolific video game voice actress and known from her work in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Metal Gear Solid, and Mass Effect. The goal is to raise $150,000, over double the $65,000 raised from last year’s event. The companies say that the $150,000 will be able to help one hundred at-risk children out of danger and into safety for a year.

Viewers who tune into the charity stream will be eligible for an assortment of prize giveaways from a wide variety of sponsors. Hyper RPG has said that digital prizes will be given away at every $100 raised, while every $1,500 raised will result in physical prizes, including video games, board games, and figurines.

“Hyper RPG is a force of incredible people committed to giving a home and a family to these children in the most desperate situations in the world,” said Rebecca Neuenswander Welsh, Founder of The HALO Foundation. “To me, this group is so much more than a group of gamers. They are game changers for the children of HALO. We are lucky to have them in our corner, fighting for food, water, shelter, and a family for kids who are living on the street.”

“I have worked for numerous charity groups and events over the years, and nothing is quite like running a charity event on Twitch,” said Zac Eubank, CEO of Hyper RPG. “We are building unique tools that will allow viewers to interact with the charity drive to make fundraising more exciting and interactive for those watching at home. I can’t wait to be running this event for a second time.”
