Medieval RTS Wartile has received its first major content update. Adventure Pack 0.5 adds the new Trail of Tyr skirmish game mode against waves of attackers, as well as Thor’s Wrath, a new mission variant where players embark on the search for ancient relics connected to Viking Mythology in a revisit to the Heidrun Clan.
Other updates and tweaks include new art for Ability and Godly cards, which have been revamped so players can distinguish them more clearly. Poisonous toad dust bombs have also been added to the player’s arsenal, as has the Viking headbutt which inflicts a stun debuff. Oil Bombs now provide a short based range attack, flasks of Mead can now be consumed for minor healing, and a female Viking archer has been added.
Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation
Massive-scale RTS Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation has reached v2.3. In addition to game balancing, the update contains a new fully-voiced campaign, Genesis, which continues the game’s story and features six new missions. It also introduces the Juggernaut-class, ships that can level indefinitely and receive a 5% bonus to health and damage with every rank up. Two of these have been introduced, The Leonidas for the PHC and The Nest of the Queen for the Substrate, and the new Juggernauts are featured in the campaign.
Martian survival game ROKH has given players more way to survive the Red Planet, adding a salvage feature that breaks down assembled objects and tools into their component materials, giving new players a hammer that lets them start crafting from the start, and making magnetron craftable. The new chat feature allows global and private messages between players.
Euro roadtrip simulator Jalopy has added its final map, Turkey. Other new features include the “tyre” repair kit and two new soundtracks accessible via the car radio. The Laika 601 Deluxe now has a randomly generated license plate for each player which adheres to real world licensing procedures in the DDR. Players who want to dig a little deeper into their Jalopy’s history can decipher their license plate to find out more about their car. Lastly, the Turkey update allows players to drive all the way back home after completing their road-trip.
We Need To Go Deeper
Submarine co-op sim We Need To Go Deeper has added five new items, including Tesla Guns and Dynamite, in its Handy update. A unique weapon with strange properties can now be unlocked for those willing to uncover the method to obtain it, while Bullet Fire Rate and EMP Damage upgrades can now be discovered.
Dead by Daylight
The Headcase DLC for asymmetrical multiplayer horror game Dead by Daylight adds twelve new hairstyles and accessories that allows players to turn their survivors into fashion victims. The pack is available for $2.99.
Starpoint Gemini Warlords
Besides bug fixes and improvements, the third update for space domination game Starpoint Gemini Warlords enhances the modding tools, the material editor in particular.
