In today’s update, Galactic Civilizations III goes on Crusade, Monster Slayers rules by Fire and Steel, Unexplored goes on a Mithril Run, Snow Moto Racing Freedom smooths a rough patch, and Hitman gets another Elusive Target.
Galactic Civilizations III
PC game Galactic Civilizations III has received a new expansion, called Crusade. The new single-player campaign, Crusade, gets players acquainted to some of the new alien civilizations that the expansion introduces as well as provides a story-driven narrative. The expansion updates the diplomacy system and the graphics engine, and adds an several new features. One feature, galactic citizens, allows players to place their citizens into specializations that advance the player’s needs, be it local espionage, galactic civilization building, or merely planetary in scope.
Another new feature is interactive invasions where can decide where their soldiers will land on a planet and undertake the necessary strategic thinking that goes from invading from space. In addition, players can now design their own unique civilization, including all the ships that player will use for each role. Players can design their own custom ships or download any of the over 12,000 ships that are available via Steam Workshop. With the Civilization Builder, players can create any fantasy or sci-fi civilization they can imagine and pit them against each other.
Steam deck-building RPG Monster Slayers has added a new DLC. Fire and Steel introduces two new levels (Volcanic Tunnels and Old Castle), four new bosses, eight new enemies, two new classes (Dragon and Merchant), new cards for existing classes as well as seven new Companion cards, and Survival mode. The DLC is available for $4.99.
Dungeon crawler Unexplored has received its second free DLC. Mithril Run adds the Mines of Moryondor, where players compete to collect as much gold as possible. The overall structure of the mines stays the same every run, but details and level layouts change every time.
Snow Moto Racing Freedom
Multiplatform Snow Moto Racing Freedom has received a patch that improves the keyboard control scheme, balances the snow mobile, tweaks the control model for the same, introduces the snow hardness mechanic in Snocross, and improved AI behavior.
