AFKer Patches Update keeps track of new updates being made available, be they patches, DLC, or anything else. In today’s update, Warframe updates with The Glast Gambit, Killing Floor 2 goes Tropical, Dragon Blaze reveals Giants, Little Briar Rose sends princesses into the prince’s castle, Neon Chrome unveils its Arena (DLC), XCOM 2 digs in for a Long War, Total War: WARHAMMER gets a Legendary Dwarf Lord, Chaos Chronicle provides Proof of Gorde Jyle, Gigantic welcomes the Exile in the North, and closed betas For Honor, Revelation Online, and Battlecrew Space Pirates show off their new toys.

The first Warframe update of 2017, The Glast Gambit follows The War Within, Digital Extremes’ biggest, most comprehensive Warframe update of 2016. Releasing today on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the new update will be free and players who completed The War Within will be able to jump right in.

The Glast Gambit features the newest Warframe, Nidus, which spreads Infestation and provides opponents some nasty surprises. Also included in the update are a new Quest, new Weapons, Customizations, and Mods.

Killing Floor 2
PlayStation 4 FPS Killing Floor 2 has shrugged off winter with its first free update, Tropical Bash. The new content includes a new tropical island map, a new weapon called the Bone Crusher, a new overpowered monster to put down, and some new perks for weapons and emotes.

Dragon Blaze
Mobile game Dragon Blaze‘s latest update includes the powerful Gigantes Atlas and Gigantes Tethys. The update builds on the most recent one with the Titans. The new Gigantes will be creatable once a player obtains the necessary materials. Other features include new quests and an ally cap increase; players will be able to now have up to 140 allies at a time.

Little Briar Rose
Steam game Little Briar Rose indulges in a little role reversal, as it reveals Mighty Princess, the role reversal mod for their stained glass-styled adventure. As might be guessed, the prince is asleep in the castle, and it’s the job of the princess to go rescue him.

Neon Chrome
Steam cyberpunk top-down shooter Neon Chrome has new DLC available, called Arena. Arena adds a new, high-score based survival game mode with online leaderboards. The DLC is priced $4.99 USD with a 25% launch week discount running through January 25th.

PC game XCOM 2 received a new mod, titled Long War, courtesy of Pavonis Interactive. The Long War 2 mod presents a series of changes to the game’s campaign including the introduction of new tactical mission scenarios like Jailbreak, the Technical class for XCOM soldiers, and more varied counter-operations from ADVENT forces.

Steam game Total War: WARAHMMER has announce that Grombrindal is now available as a Legendary Lord in the game, taking his place as a leader of Dwarfen campaigns. Like all Legendary Lords, Grombrindal unlocks a series of unique quests as he levels up, each of which rewards him with his unique wargear.

Chaos Chronicle
Mobile RPG Chaos Chronicle has provided its players with the content update “Proof of Gorde Jyle.” This latest update includes a new PVP battle arena, two new recruitable heroes, new runes for the Zodiac rank-up system, and new Zodiac-themed costumes.

XBox One/Win10 game Gigantic has received its first major update, Exile in the North. The update includes a new hero, new winter-themed skins, and several gameplay and quality of life improvements, including more generous end-of-match Crown Boosts and the addition of Honor Bonuses for players who battle shorthanded to the bitter end despite teammate disconnections and drops. Hero Mastery Skins are also now available to unlock as you play and master each Hero.

For Honor
Multiplatform game For Honor‘s Closed Beta will take place from January 26 to 29 on all platforms. Over four days, players will get the opportunity to experience new multiplayer content, new maps and new playable Heroes.

Revelation Online
MMO Revelation Online has entered the third phase of its closed beta, which will last until February 2 and will allow players to explore up to level 69 and prepare for new future experiences. Players can expect new high level challenges in previously available dungeons, brand-new raids, as well as new quests and events. In addition, plenty of new Player versus Player challenges have been added.

Battlecrew Space Pirates
Players are invited to participte in the Battlecrew Space Pirates closed beta starting today and ending January 22. The biggest new feature being introduced during the closed beta is the ability to create squads. Gamers can now invite their friends to create their own team of space pirates and raid worlds together.
